Imaginary Birds Wool Pants

Made with a luxurious wool blend fabric, these unisex pants feature a wide straight leg fit and an elasticated waist. Inspired by Ustad Mansur’s painting "Imaginary Birds" from the year 1595. The birds are rendered on to fabric using generational hand embroidery, thread work, metal work, and bead work techniques. 

Part of the "Threads of Abundance" Collection inspired by Ustad Mansur, a forgotten master of the Mughal court and one of history’s first naturalists.
